1 7-Day refund policy begins the day that you receive your vehicle, regardless of time of day. During that time, you can drive it for up to 7 days or 300 miles, whatever comes first. Within the 7-day inspection period, if a major mechanical issue is identified, you may be eligible to return the vehicle. You must let us know prior to 7 p.m. EST on the 7th calendar day after receiving your vehicle. Refunds are processed immediately but may take 7 – 10 days to show up in your account based on your bank. After 7 days or 300 miles, the vehicle is no longer eligible for refund. Returns must be in the same condition as the time of purchase. We cannot accept a return if the car has been modified or has an added Lien. If you drive the vehicle over 300 miles, you will not be eligible for a refund. The Dealer is not responsible for refunding shipping costs. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs at the sole discretion of the dealer. Please consult with the dealer for further information regarding program details, rules, and guidelines.
