How our vehicles are priced
Every vehicle is priced to reflect its equipment, current condition, and the national market. Each car is sold with all the equipment it carried when we acquired it. Occasionally that means an item such as a second key, floor mats, or the owner’s manual may not be present — and if so, we’ll tell you ahead of time, before you commit. No surprises is the whole point.

Reserve your vehicle A refundable deposit secures the car and takes it off the market for you. The amount varies by purchase and we’ll confirm it with you. Until a car is paid in full with signed documents, it stays available — credit inquiries, appraisals, and virtual walk-arounds don’t hold a vehicle. |

Paperwork & financing We prepare your purchase documents and, if you’re financing, submit your application to our national lender network — including names you know like Bank of America and Ally Financial. Everything can be reviewed and signed electronically from home. |

Because we’re not the bank, we have no reason to steer you anywhere but the best offer. If you like what a lender proposes, great. If not, there’s no obligation to buy.
Buyers in stronger equity positions (20–30% down) tend to see the most aggressive rates and terms, since there’s less risk to the lender. Some lenders may ask for standard stipulations — proof of residence, verification of employment, and proof of insurance before delivery. We’ll tell you exactly what your lender needs.

Before we ever buy a car, it’s examined by ASE-certified mechanics and backed by a full CARFAX report, so the vehicle you’re considering has already cleared a high bar.
And because we know a six-figure decision deserves independence, we encourage every buyer to arrange a third-party pre-purchase inspection. Tell us your preferred shop and we’ll coordinate access. Almost no dealer invites this — we do, because we have nothing to hide and everything to show.
Protecting your investment
Because a pre-owned luxury vehicle is an investment, we offer several levels of extended service contracts — from powertrain coverage to more comprehensive plans — so you can choose the protection that fits how you drive.
Every service contract has specific terms, coverage limits, and exclusions, just like any warranty. Before you sign, we’ll walk you through the full contract — what’s covered, what isn’t, your deductible, and where the car can be serviced — so you know exactly what you’re getting. If a plan isn’t right for you, there’s no obligation to add one.
Trading in — even from a distance
Have a car to trade? Send us the details and photos and we’ll give you a fair appraisal based on its condition and the current market — no need to drive it in. If you move forward, we’ll apply the value toward your purchase and coordinate pickup or drop-off. It’s the simplest way to upgrade without the hassle of a private sale.
