I spent 2 months looking for a used BMW XM. After trying to negotiate down many (expensive) used cars in California where I live, I was disappointed... I would never find the car I wanted. Eventually I started expanding my search and then I found Perfect Auto Collection. And they had not just 1 but 3 XMs to choose from.This was my very first time attempting to buy a car online located so far away so I was very skeptical at first. My sales person was Michael who took the time to explain me how the process works and answered all of my questions. Then we scheduled a FaceTime call to show me the car I was interested in. It was a 2023 white BMW XM with just 2700 miles and a very reasonable price. Michael showed me the car from every angle, showed me all the included accessories (2 keys, charger, bag, pillows which are very hard to get when buying a used car). The car was in perfect condition.A few hours later Corey (the manager) called me to finalize the deal over the phone. I didn't really negotiate the price of the car because I found it very competitive (it was $30k cheaper than a similar cars with same miles located in Los Angeles and the same price as cars having 6x the miles). Corey was nice enough to give me $1000 off and they assured me they would take care of shipping and trade-in. Speaking of trade-in (a 2022 Honda Accord Hybrid), Perfect Auto Collection gave me the best price out of any other local dealership I visited. We agreed on enclosed shipping and final pricing and Corey mentioned that first I'm receiving the car and then shipping my trade-in so my daily commute wouldn't be interrupted. All of that happened on Saturday May 31st 2025.On Monday June 2nd 2025 they emailed me the contract which I signed and wired the money the same day. On Thursday June 5th 2025 Michael called me to let me know the car was picked up by the shipping company and it would arrive from Ohio to California on Tuesday 10th June. The car actually took an extra day to arrive and on Wednesday June 11th BMW finally arrived in an enclosed truck as agreed. All of the accessories were placed in the trunk, the car was clean and shining and with temporary tags from Ohio so I could start driving it right away.Overall, it took a huge leap of faith on my side to buy such an expensive vehicle from out of state without seeing it. But the super low miles on the car and the professionalism of Perfect Auto Collection convinced me to go ahead. And I'm glad I did because now I have a car I really wanted, almost new and with a great price.About a week after I had taken delivery of the car, Arman called me to check on the car and my impressions. This was a very nice gesture and I really appreciated it. I told him that I'm waiting for my title to arrive and Arman mentioned that if the title doesn't arrive in the next few days, to give him a call to check.Overall the experience was really smooth, the car was as promised and I would do business with these guys again without any hesitation since their cars are absolutely gorgeous.read more

I was searching the web for a Shelby GT350R, a car that I have wanted for a long time and stumbled upon Perfect Auto collection. I gave them a call... and they made the process so simple. Talked through the car's record, service history and they sent me pictures of the undercarriage at my request just to see. Shipping was super convenient since I couldn't get out to Ohio to see it in person. The only thing was that I had to request the title of the vehicle myself so I could register it in my state, something I usually don't have to do myself, and is done by the dealer when I buy the car, but that wasn't a huge issue, just delayed me registering the car by a few weeks. Buying a car sight unseen (I live in MD) was a bit stressful but the guys at PAC... helped facilitate a PPI at a German/Porsche specialty shop of my choosing which greatly helped me to overcome my reservations about the process. I was also put in contact with the previous owner so I was able to obtain detailed service records which is also a big plus. There were some parts of the transaction that could have gone smoother with better communication, but in the end I am extremely satisfied with the car.read more
